Thank you for your call this afternoon.

We have some additional questions about your column:
1) Can you please send me the serial number for your column?
2) You said on the phone that you received your column two days ago (Jan. 7th). What are the storage conditions since you received the column? Also, do you know approximately what time the column was delivered on Tuesday? Are you located at Merck in New Jersey?
4) Could you send your chromatograms of the four injections for our information?
5) Have you used the KW-802.5 previously? Could you send a representative chromatogram?

I apologize for all of the questions. We are just trying to get the complete story so we can make either suggestions or corrections. I will try to inform you of a typical pressure for the KW-802.5 when I hear back from our tech support in Japan.

Our product manager has suggested flowing only water at room temperature on the column to see if the pressure is reduced.
