This is Kaili from Amphastar Pharmaceuticals. I purchased molecular weight standards from you couples a weeks ago. I tried to run the standards in my HPLC following USP and the instruction. Somehow, my HPLC standards result does not seem right. The baseline is not stable during the whole time. My column is new. So, I am not sure it is supposed to be like that or there is something I did not do correctly. Could you send me the HPLC result of that standard for my reference?

Including information on which column, mobile phase, flow rate, column temperature, sample concentration, sample injection volume, and detector.
Also, please provide us a sample chromatogram.
