Please let us know if the elution time of these negative peaks were changed.

If the elution time of the negative peaks were also shifted as same as the shift of PMMA, we think it needs to check the performance of the pump.
And if the peak shapes of PMMA and the target polymer were not changed, we think the HFIP-606M does not have any trouble.
