Question
Hi Melissa, sorry I didn’t respond sooner. The new column ended up looking pretty much the same as the previous one. It actually started acting up a couple of injections sooner. I reanalyzed the calibration/LOD after a couple of days to see if anything would change. The 2nd analysis was fairly stable but it still had the increased noise.

I’m going to continue to investigate the issue on my end to see if there is anything else that could possibly be causing this. I very much appreciate the efforts on your end to assist me!

Answer
To Wakayama-Our customer with the NH2P-50 4E column that you prepared for replacement is not doing well by the CAD analysis. She says the column performance is no better that the initial column that we sent which means the baseline noise level is unacceptable by the end of her 20 injection analysis.

Have you been able to analyze the NH2P-50 4E by CAD detection? I am not sure what to tell our customer about the column performance, so any guidance would be appreciated.
