Having problem with NH2P-50 4E.
Using the column for monosaccharide analysis. Mobile 80%ACN/water. Sample 5g/L sugar standards in mobile. Injection volume 5-20 uL. Detector used LS. It worked fine 4 months ago. After ~2 months storage in 80% ACN, now he does not see any peak. Performed cleaning method in manual but no change.

I have asked our application specialist if she has heard of similar case in the past, but she was not aware of it.
Do you see water peak that comes out around 1 min?
Would you please send me sample chromatograms of (1) when it was working well and (2) the one you don’t see peaks?
