Question
Do you have further information showing which
Solvents are safe to use with this column as well as
Additional chromatograms showing separations it
Can perform?

Answer
Since this is an affinity column, the separation is very specific to particular compound, in AAV-894 case, biotin derivatives.
I’m sorry to say but we do not have any additional sample chromatogram for this column.
Do you know why is the customer need to change the mobile phase as well as what target compound they are trying to analyze?

Below is the operation manual for AAV-894
http://shodex.net/data/downloads/AFpak_series_E_No.751-4.pdf

Mobile phase restrictions and comments:
pH 2-10
Organic solvent: <10% isopropyl alcohol or ethylene glycol Commonly used solvents are buffer (sodium acetate, phosphate, Tris etc) with salt. Analytes are eluted by changing the mobile phase having different pH or salt concentration. e.g. of different affinity columns. The same solvents can be also used with AAV-894. http://shodex.net/index.php?seitenid=1&applic=214 http://shodex.net/index.php?seitenid=1&applic=800     Additional Comments
