need to separate proteins 500D difference in the range of 10-60kD.

We afraid but we don’t think KW series column will be able to separate 500-1k Da differences.
Also DMSO use with the KW series is not recommended as it may remove the polymer coating on the silica based gel.
Use of 2%DMSO will not deteriorate the column right away, but it is not under our guarantee. I apologies for the figure on the catalog that have gave you a wrong impression.

She thinks that for the separation of proteins with similar pI would be still difficult using GF/GS, our multi mode columns. She also commented that in your case SB-802.5 HQ or combination of SB-803+802.5 might be a better choice. Unfortunately, we do not have an application for protein (with MW size of your interest) separation using SB columns. Another option is, as I mentioned yesterday, to use the reversed phase mode.
