1. Bleeding (noise) problem for SB-806M HQ. When you talked with my supervisor, he mentioned that you were using 1 mM PBS. But I thought you are using 100 mM… which one did you use for the cleaning? We would recommend you to use 100 mM.

2. For polymer, it may be retained by hydrophobic absorption. To reduce this, it probably requires organic solvent.. I know you mentioned that it is not desirable. Do you think any concentration of ACN/Ethanol will cause denaturing of your protein?

3. Protein is probably retained by ion exchange effect. This may require higher salt conc. to make it elute.

4. We are asking production site for the yellow color effluent.

I’m wondering if you have an option to try other mobile phase conditions. If not, unfortunately but KS may not be the option.
