we suggest (KS-806, KS-802, KS-801 in series with 0.05M NaNO3 mobile) will work for the quantification of monosaccharides (glucose, fructose and sucrose), polysaccharides (inulin) and oligosaccharides (nystose, kestose and frutofuranosilnistose).

Answer
Base on the molecular weight of insulin we suggest  KS-805, KS-802, KS-801.  It will give her better separation, Inulin had a weight distribution between 10K to 60K and KS 805 would work better
