- We track mostly glucose and xylose in my group, but others track cellobiose, sucrose, fructose, galactose, arabinose and mannose. The column works fine for what we do for the most part but the fact that arabinose and mannose practically co-elute makes it difficult to close mass balance of sugars when data calls for it

I have another customer asking for Ion Exchange column specialized for protein or mono clonal antibodies with small particle size (3.5 to 5 um) and great robustness. Is there one of your columns that you would recommend?
Additional Comments
I’m not sure what type of proteins they are trying to separate, but I’m wondering if they would be interested in PIKESS. They are cation/anion exchange column, no porous, 2.5 um provides rapid analysis. Do you know what detector they will be using? PIKESS are 2.0×50 mm column. If they are using UV, similar type but 4.6×35 DEAE420N (DEAE3N-4T, they are the same item, sorry I just realized our website name is not updated) or SP-420N might be a better choice.
