- We track mostly glucose and xylose in my group, but others track cellobiose, sucrose, fructose, galactose, arabinose and mannose. The column works fine for what we do for the most part but the fact that arabinose and mannose practically co-elute makes it difficult to close mass balance of sugars when data calls for it

I am looking for an L39 column, and found the Showa Denka Rspack DM-614. I was wondering if Methanol:Water 80:20 is an appropriate mobile phase for this particular packing. If it is not, please let me know what the maximum organic content would be for this packing.

The eluent of Methanol:Water 80:20 can be used with DM-614.
I am attaching the operation manual.
In the latest USP list, ODP2 HP series are also listed in L39.
