Thank you for your patience in this matter. We are trying to find a solution for your issues with the column.

I have spoken with our tech support in Japan, and she has prepared a column with a different gel lot. They are planning to test both the new gel lot and the gel lot of your current columns on the CAD detector when the technician returns from holiday. In the meantime, we would like to send the new gel lot column to you as well, so you can also test the column using your analysis. If the column is suitable then we can discuss exchanging the remaining unused columns for the new gel lot. The new gel lot column will be shipped from Japan for arrival during the week of the 20th.
