I apologize for the delay. I actually heard from the technical support in Japan this morning as well regarding your columns. They are looking into the matter of your columns with the same gel lot on the CAD in Japan; however, the technician in charge of the instrument has been on holiday and has not returned.

I understand your need to continue analyzing samples and I will forward your message in order to expedite the process. Please give us a little more time.

Sent to Wakayama: Our customer with the NH2P-50 4E columns has a lot of samples to analyze for her work. If we cannot make some suggestion or make some remedy, I am afraid she will not continue to use our columns. Her original problem was sent to us on December 13th-three weeks ago.

She has two more columns from the same gel lot. She would like to continue working but does not want to put another column on the instrument and ruin the column. Do we have any idea of the issue?

All of our stocks of NH2P-50 4E are the same gel lot number. Can you please advise if a different gel lot is available in Japan?
