Question
The client wants to know the difference between SC1011 and SC1821.
Also he says that molecular weight of the Dextran is 35,000 a 40,000.
I know that SC1821 has an size exclusion of 10,000 only. Do you think that column that Sugar KS803 (NA+) and a size exclusion limit of 50,000
Should be used instead?

According to the samples below, and the molecular weight of Dextran what would be a better column?

Answer
As you said, the difference between SC1011 and SC1821 is their pore sizes (i.e., affects exclusion limit).
SC1821 is good when sample contains bigger compound, meanwhile SC1011 in general has better separation for smaller sugars.
Is your customer getting good separation of all four compounds?
According to our elution table, sucrose (saccharose) elutes in solvent peak under regular SC1011 condition.

If their analysis purpose is just to separate and quantify each, either SC1011 should work (if they are okay with sucrose peak).
If they want to measure molecular weight distribution of dextran, it might be better to use KS column. But it will not provide good separation of glucose and fructose.

If they are not getting good peaks for four, I think SP0810 will be a better choice for this set of sugars.

Dextran will come out first.
The eluent required here is only water.
