Question
Have you tried regeneration steps that explained in the manual?
http://shodex.net/data/downloads/SUGAR_series__J_E_No.5092-2.pdf (pg 17)
It could be possible the condition of the modified ligand has changed during the storage.
Would you please try the following and see if it helps?
Inject 50 uL of 0.2 M Pb(NO3)2 3-4 times while heating the column at 80oC.
Please update us your findings.

Answer
We are currently using the Shodex sugar 0810 column to analyze a standard solution of Cellbiose, Glucose, Xylose, Galactose, Arabinose, and Mannose (using the NREL procedure 510-42623). We have seen two differences in our data from that shown in the Shodex communication below. Our method has mannose eluting at ~22.5 min and galactose is a split peak and the front peak is coeluting with Xylose.

Would you be able to discuss these issues or put me in contact with someone who might be able to discuss this column/method?
