I hope you had a nice weekend. We received the SP0810 column and I have attached the packing slip along with a chromatogram from the first standard we ran on the column. There are supposed to be 5 analytes (Glucose, Xylose, Galactose, Arabinose, and Mannose) in this standard. As you can see from the attached chromatogram, the resolution is very poor and unacceptable for our needs. Do you have any recommendations to improve resolution on these sugars? If not, we will need to return the column for a full refund minus shipping, as it does not suit our needs.
