We are currently using Bio-Rad Fermentation monitoring column (300 x 7.8 mm, 9 um particle) (P/N 125-0115) for one of our application. The separation is based on mixed mode of ion exclusion from the charged resin and hydrophobic interaction from the polystyrene backbone.

In order to improve the separation efficiency, we are looking for 5 um or less particle packing column with the same separation mechanism. Could you please recommend any of this kind of column from your company?

As you may have already checked, our RSpak KC-811 is an ion-exclusion type column especially suitable for organic acid analysis.
It’s particle size is 6 um.
