Can Shodex KS-802 (300 × 8 mm) columns be used for mannitol analysis with an RI detector, and are application notes available?

Answer:
The Shodex KS-802 column is primarily designed for larger saccharides (up to ~10,000 Da). While direct mannitol applications on KS-802 are limited, several related application notes are available:
