Last year our department bought 2(two) HPLC columns as a back-up and happened that just recently the HPLC columns that I have been using for almost 2-3 years failed the system suitability requirements. I tried using the new HPLC column(#’s E010022 and E010023) in different HPLC systems and can’t get a good separation between the two peaks of interest. Another set of HPLC Columns of the same kind was ran on the same HPLCs and gave a good separation. One of my colleague who ordered the columns from your company still has the invoice numbers (Shodex order04 and Shodex order05).
