new column copovidone is not obtained

Answer
There has been no change in production procedure since 2004 (during the time two columns you have were manufactured).
The lab in Japan will try injecting copovidone using newer SB columns. But this may take a little to obtain a result, so mean while we’d like to ask you to try followings.
Prepare 5-10 x diluted sample solution and inject it every 1-2 minutes for 5-10 times.
Then, once baseline is stabilized, please try analyzing the sample normally. There could be a possibility some potion of copovidone is adsorbed permanently on the gel surface and once this adsorption is stabilized, the column may work as you have seen with the older column.
