MW information obatined seems to be not accurate

1. Can you think of any possibility that the sample has been broken down to smaller compound during the sample preparation?
How do you prepare your sample?

2. Have you tried analyzing the sample with only SB-807 HQ (i.e., without SB-806 HQ) ?
We are wondering if SB-806 HQ is causing shredding.

3. If the delay in retention is caused by hydrophobic reaction between the sample and the gel, adding ~10% ACN in the mobile phase may reduce this interaction. Have you tried adding organic solvent?

4. This is very basic question. But would you please let us know which angle are associated with each color of the chromatogram you sent me?
