I use a lot of synthetic peptides (20 mers or less), some of which are neutral or hydrophobic, so that some organic solvent is necessary to drive them into solution (i.e., DMF, DMSO, Isopropanol), sometimes up to 10% of total volume I was looking for an LC column which I could use with such solvents.

Also, I was looking at your polymeric columns for peptides that are only soluble at high pH.

For peptides analysis, we have an unique application data with multi-mode column GS-320 HQ.

On the other hand, we do not recommend you to use DMF or DMSO with GS-320 HQ.
We do not have the exact application for peptide, but I think it is worth to try GF-310 HQ for your application because DMF (max 100%) and DMSO (max 50%) can be used as the eluent.
The base material of the packing gel for GF and GS series is Polyvinyl alcohol.
The pH range is the following.
GS-320 HQ: pH 2-12
GF-310 HQ: pH 2-9
