Question
On the manual you sent me, it uses the 12mM NaHCO3 as the eluent for the separation of inorganic ions and organic ions (page 3). I can certainly trying reducing the ionic strength of the eluent and see if that helps, but at this point it doesn’t look like the column is operating correctly.

Answer
I apologize for the confusion. I thought you washed the column with 12 mM NaHCO3.

Can you please describe what occurred between Friday afternoon and this week? You had said on Friday: With the new 12 mM Sodium Bicarbonate eluent, I have been able to return my retention times to normal.

I am unsure the column is the trouble at the moment.
