There must be no case that A+B is changed from -2.48V to -2.18V with the pump on & off.
It must be not the cause of adjusting the light axis. It must be the cause of a leak from the line or a bad degassing.
Please repair in accordance with RI-101 Maintenance Manual.

1) Checking Solenoid valve
– Please check the Solenoid valve in accordance with RI-101 maintenance manual.
– If the Solenoid valve has a problem, please replace it.

2) Checking the leak from the line
– Run 5 ml of acetone and run 0.2 MPa nitrogen gas for a few minutes and dry the line.
– Pressure meter (0 – 1 MPa) should be attached at the OUT joint part. Insert 0.2 MPa of nitrogen gas and close. Check the pressure meter after 5 minutes and confirm whether the pressure decrease or not.
– If the pressure decreases, please repair the leaking part.
– If you cannot do the above operation, please check the following parts with your eye.
IN/OUT joint, Solenoid valve, Joint block, Lens of Flow cell assembly
