using SP0810 to separate sugars (inc. xyrose), following USP method. Rs does not meet the method requirement. sample 80% water, 20% ACN. no acid nor other cations present. Using 80oC, flow 0.5-1.0 mL/min – does not change. Bought third column and going to test it. the old columns does not work well – suggested to regenerate. he will send me more information with the new column later.
