Question
We have recently placed an order (for Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.) through Phenomenex, for three of the SP0810 Shodex Sugar Series 8x300mm columns. It has recently come to our attention that all of the columns that we have already ordered and received of the same type (six in total) have contained packing from the same gel lot of 120824. I am requesting for our current order, that all columns contain a gel packing lot different than 120824 and that the three columns each contain a different gel packing lot from each other.
