Answer

Shodex SUGAR SH1011 is recommended as a starting point for the simultaneous analysis of sugars, organic acids, and alcohols.

SH1011 has been demonstrated for compounds including glucose, maltose, maltotriose, arabinose, xylose, lactose, acetic acid, and ethanol.

For samples containing cellooligosaccharides, HMF, furfural, or other biomass hydrolysate components, SUGAR SH1821 may also be considered depending on the required separation.
