Answer

The direct Shodex equivalent to Supelcogel C-610H is the SUGAR SH1011 (8.0 × 300 mm, 6 µm).

  • USP classification: L17 (same as Supelcogel C-610H)

  • Base material: Styrene–divinylbenzene copolymer with sulfonic acid functionality

  • Typical eluent: 0.01 N H₂SO₄ at 50 °C

  • Applications: Simultaneous analysis of sugars, organic acids, and alcohols in biofuel, fermentation, or beverage samples

Additional Comments

The SUGAR SH1821 (exclusion limit 10,000 Da) can also be used for larger sugars or polyols, but for standard organic acid and monosaccharide analysis, SH1011 provides the closest match to Supelcogel C-610H performance.

Both SH1011 and SH1821 fulfill USP-NF L17 and L22 requirements.
