This includes the extraordinary restrictions in place in the greater New York City area, location of our US Headquarters. All non-essential personnel are working remotely. Warehouse and shipping/receiving personnel in our Jamaica, NY warehouse location are continuing to work on schedule albeit with the possibility of reduced staffing. Also, our airport for shipping/receiving logistics, JFK International, continues to be operational. However, shipping and receiving capacity may be reduced.
Please continue to conduct business as usual. We are continuing to ship Monday-Friday via Fed-Ex 2-Day service for all purchase orders received before 2:30 PM Eastern Daylight Savings time (EDT). We will send out further notices as the conditions and situations change.
